Initial Meeting
- This meeting is kind of like a ‘First Date’. The idea here is to find out if we are compatible and if a second meeting is warranted. We’ll discuss NGWA’s philosophy and process, as well as fee and commission structure.
- We’ll also discuss that we wear two hats (Financial Advisors and Investment Advisors). We can discuss what it would look like if we prepared a ‘Full’ financial plan or, go the route of using other tools to plan for areas that are of greatest concern.
- Assuming it’s a go, we’ll give you a list of what we’ll need from you to move forward. We will also put a day and time on the calendar for our next meeting.
- And, like a first date, we’ll pick up the tab.
Fact Finding Meeting
- This is where you bring us the details that will be outlined in the ‘To Do’ list we provide you. This could include fact finders, tax returns, investment and bank statements, insurance policies, etc. Yea, it’s a lot of work but, is well worth it in the end.
- This meeting is another opportunity for us to ask more questions to make sure we heard you correctly. Our goal here is to get a better understanding of who you are and what it will take to build ‘Your’ plan, not ours. We want to know what’s most important to you (GOALS) and, what (CONCERNS) you the most.
- We will also discuss the part of our process that can include creating your own ‘Mission Statement’. We believe that with this, your decisions can be intentional and not just guess work.
- And, if it makes sense, we have a team member that is a Certified Strengths Strategy Coach. She can help you unlock your top 5 strengths and provide clarity on how you might show up at your best.
- Before we part, we’ll put a day and time on our calendars for the next meeting.
Recommendations Meeting
- During this meeting, we will provide strategic, customized solutions making sure we address what’s most important to you first.
- We will take as much time as necessary to communicate and teach the solutions we believe will help you reach your goals. We pride ourselves on making the complicated simple to understand.
- We realize change is difficult for many people and are sensitive to this. You will NOT find high pressure sales tactics with any of our team members.
- Like the proceeding steps, we’ll set a day and time for our next meeting.
Implementation Meeting
- We will help facilitate the implementation of any strategies and give progress reports along the way.
- Our team members are ‘Pro’s’ at making sure transitions run smoothly and that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Post Implementation – We think an additional get together may make sense. If there have been investment changes, we help provide access to our online ‘Consolidated Report’. This report can show all accounts registered through us with one login. It’s really cool and, can help simplify what can be otherwise overwhelming.
- We can also walk you through your first set of statements. Yea, there is always a learning curve but, we think we can get you up to speed in no time.
- And as expected, we’ll want to discuss a schedule for review.
Review
- We will continue to monitor strategies put in place, suggesting changes when necessary.
- You will get an annual phone call or e-mail from one of our team members. You can request a ‘face to face’ or phone meeting.
- Finally, we will always be available to answer any questions you may have, to revisit old conversations, and to plan for new opportunities that lie ahead.
